Comparing Ritual Texts for Invoking the Holy Guardian Angel

Knowledge & Conversation:

This study group will compare and contrast three ritual texts for invoking the HGA: The Book of Abramelin, Liber VIII (the ritual revealed in the vision of the 8th aethyr), and Liber Samekh. We'll explore variations on a foundational formula to induce altered consciousness through episodes of ascetic prayer, meditation, and ritual, with the goal of Knowledge and Conversation.

Brooke Stott is a psychotherapist, researcher, and doctoral student at Columbia University, with a focus on self perception, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and transformational experiences.
