The Many Uses of JIRA & Confluence

Join us for the next Atlassian User Group, where David Stokes (http://nz.linkedin.com/in/davidstokes) will share his experience using Atlassian software and provide examples of how he is currently using JIRA and Confluence at various companies. David will talk about the latest integration's between JIRA and Confluence and explain some of the restrictions of using the Atlassian OnDemand environment. He will share some helpful tips and tricks on how to work best with JIRA, Confluence, and Atlassian OnDemand. Make sure you RSVP to secure your spot - spaces are limited.

About the Speaker

David has worked in the ICT and hi-tech space for over 20 years. He has implemented JIRA and Confluence at Navman and NextWindow. The NextWindow implementation included project management, requirements management and Corrective Action Requests (CARs) to support their Quality Management System.

He is currently in the process of implementing JIRA and Confluence (+Gliffy) on the Atlassian OnDemand environment for a New Zealand SME and hi-tech company. David will be using a combination of JIRA and Confluence to meet their requirements, including the implementation of a help desk, service / warranty process, system to control engineering changes to their products, product documentation, and knowledge base.
