What we’re about

Weekly Meditation Circle - Awakening. Presence. Grace.

Join us for a new form of deep inner stillness. Each week, I’ll guide you on a lead meditation for a sacred hour of stillness via an optional hands-on head transmission of energy from India. I’ll offer shared intention meditation in my personal space where ancient energy meets modern life, and where the journey inward becomes a path home. Join me in my historic Fairlawn Heights Home and enjoy tea and conversation before and after the event.

This phenomenon is rooted in the teachings of a living Avatar and his goal of offering awakened states of consciousness to those who seek them. The result of receiving the transmission is a gentle, quieting of the inner mental chatter and dialogue. This Avatar's mission in India is to awaken humanity into a state of causeless joy, peace, and unity consciousness. Through the gift of Deeksha — a divine energy transfer — the phenomenon/transfer quiets the mind, opens the heart, and deepens our connection to the present moment.

Led by Michael Clingerman — a longtime spiritual seeker, teacher, and former Oneness Trainer — this weekly experience draws on over two decades of devotion, including multiple journeys to India, deep study at the Oneness University, and extensive work with mystics and healers across Brazil and beyond.

Michael's awakening journey began after he left Silicon Valley, where he served as a design leader at Yahoo!, and ultimately found himself drawn to the mountains of Italy to study sculpture, and later to the sacred villages of South India for a spiritual rebirth. From founding the San Francisco Oneness community, with over 2,000 members, to presenting alongside neuropsychologists at national wellness festivals, Michael brings a rare fusion of grounded wisdom, corporate empathy, and mystical insight to every session.

Each week includes:
Social catch-up, discussion, and tea.
A short guided meditation
Energy transmission deeksha (energetic transmission) for awakening. This is optional.
Gentle integration (seated or lying down)
Optional sharing departure
