WELCOME to AKRON SYMPHONIC WINDS Concerts!
Our goal is to bring communities together through live music. Our 40 piece ensemble travels throughout Northeast Ohio, offering high quality free concerts to listeners in the greater Akron and greater Cleveland areas.
Come hear us, bring a lawn chair, and sit back while you enjoy the good vibes of our professional band playing old favorites, classics and new-to-you pieces! Dance along, march along, sing along......to great music for all ages!

ASW Holiday Concert! at The Chapel, Green Campus

GREEN, Ohio – Experience the sounds of the holidays at the City of Green’s annual Holiday Concert on Tuesday, December 16, 7 pm at The Chapel in Green, 1800 Raber Road. Doors open at 6 pm. This year’s performance includes the Akron Symphonic Winds. The Akron Symphonic Winds is a 40-piece professional wind band whose mission is to bring music to the community. The program will be one hour with no intermission. Prelude music provided by Green 8th Grade Choir begins at 6:45 pm.
Tickets are $6 for adults, $2 for children ages 3-17, and free for children under age 3. For tickets visit cityofgreen.org/register or call 330-896-6621. Tickets are also available at the door.
