Dear Nallaars, Welcome to the group. This will be our first event and we have 17 beautiful souls already! Let's kick start Nallaar circle with a Sunrise meet-up "WALK WITH A PURPOSE, BOND WITH A SMILE". The group will start moving at sharp 6.05 AM. Pls make it on time. Let's take an easy pace walk switching our walking partner every 5 mins to introduce ourselves followed by 15 min guided breathwork. You are welcome to suggest any add on activity. Warm regards.
