Sunset Stroll: Ala Moana to Magic Island

Meet people in the Honolulu community while getting outdoors and enjoying a beautiful sunset! Join Sunset Strollers Honolulu for a relaxed walk from Ala Moana Beach Park toward Magic Island. Come solo or bring a friend—solo arrivals are very welcome.
MONDAY, OCTOBER 12 • ALL TIMES HST
5:15 pm: Meet and settle in. We’ll start with a short circle: your name, one thing you’re grateful for, and something you’re excited to talk about. Passing on any prompt or simply listening is always welcome.
5:30 pm: Start walking at an easygoing, conversational pace.
Around 6:30 pm: Finish after roughly an hour of walking and sunset views.
MEETING SPOT
Meet at the picnic table diagonally across from the volleyball courts at the west end of Ala Moana Beach Park, on the inland side of Ala Moana Park Drive. This is the west end of the beach park, not the Magic Island parking lot. Look for Francis and the Sunset Strollers group.
THE WALK
We’ll follow the beachfront path toward Magic Island and enjoy the evening together. There’s no expectation to race or treat this as a workout.
BRING
Water, comfortable walking shoes, and sun protection. Allow a little extra time to park and find the meeting spot.
