2025 Mission Reach Flotilla Fiesta

The San Antonio River Authority and the San Antonio River Foundation proudly present Mission Reach Flotilla Fiesta 2025: The Official Kayak Event of Fiesta!
Enjoy a day of FREE outdoor fun, live music, and the excitement of Fiesta! Immerse yourself in arts and crafts, folkloric dancers, an animal exhibit, and a vibrant Fiesta Medal Market. Try kayaking for FREE and join the excitement of our fishing clinic, kayak decorating contest, and new bike decorating contest. It’s a FREE Fiesta event celebrating nature, culture, and the scenic San Antonio River!

• Free kayaking: walk-ins only, no reservations
• Free art activity
• Animal exhibition
• Live music
• Food vendors
• Festival Medal Market
• Bicycle decoration contest
• Kayak decorating contest

Guests are welcome to bring their own kayaks, as Acequia Park is a public space. However, the Flotilla Fiesta is designed as a free opportunity for kayaking beginners, rather than a full-fledged outing. Kayaking will take place on Davis Lake, with 10- to 20-minute paddling sessions. Those bringing their own kayaks should note that access to the event’s designated portage may be limited when crowds are high. Remember, you can always enjoy kayaking in the San Antonio River Basin year-round!

Please note this is not an ACR sponsor event, so show up and have fun, RSVP if you like so you can connect with other members, but no one from the club is running the event.
