About us

Alamo City Unity 3D Game Creators is San Antonio's official Unity user group, part of Unity's
global user group network.
The group is relaunching in October 2026.
This is for anyone building with Unity, whether that is games, XR, simulation, visualization, or
tools. All experience levels are welcome, from a first project to shipping professionally.
Formats we run:
- Editor demos and hands-on workshops
- Member project show and tell, works in progress encouraged
- Talks from local developers and studios
- Portfolio and career discussion
- Game jams
Meetings are free to attend.
We meet at Alamo City Studios, 8533 Fairhaven St, San Antonio.

Code of Conduct
Alamo City Unity 3D Game Creators is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for
everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation,
disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, or technical
expertise. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.
Expected behavior
- Be respectful and considerate towards others.
- Communicate openly and professionally, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Collaborate and help others learn and grow.
- Value diverse opinions and experiences, and seek to understand them.
Unacceptable behavior
Harassment includes, but is not limited to:
- Offensive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation,
disability, mental illness, neuro(a)typicality, physical appearance, body size, race, age,
or religion.
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, photography or recording without consent, or
sustained disruption of discussions or events.
- Trolling, insulting or derogatory comments, personal or political attacks, or unwelcome
sexual attention or advances.
- Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.
Consequences of unacceptable behavior
Participants who engage in harassing behavior may be asked to stop or be expelled from the user
group without warning, at the discretion of the organizers or Unity Technologies. If you are being
harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact
the organizers or Unity immediately at meetup@unity3d.com.
Scope
This code of conduct applies to all user group spaces, both online and offline, including
meetings, events, social media, and communication channels.
Acknowledgment
By participating, you agree to abide by this code of conduct and its enforcement. Organizers will
enforce this code throughout the group's activities.
