What we’re about

Alamo Fly Fishers is a local fly fishing club that has been bringing together new and experienced fly fishermen and women since 1985. We are a passionate community of anglers dedicated to the art of fly fishing and the preservation of our natural waters. Our club brings together enthusiasts of all skill levels, from beginners eager to learn the fundamentals to seasoned anglers seeking new challenges.

Join us in celebrating the joys of fly fishing, forging lifelong friendships, and making unforgettable memories on the water. We look forward to having you as part of our vibrant fly fishing community!

We meet on the third Thursday of every month at 7pm at the Alamo Heights Presbyterian Church. At these meetings we usually have a local guide or club member present about fly tying, casting instruction, tactics or even specific fisheries. For any questions please don't hesitate to reach out.
