Bring water, sunscreen, and whatever you’re compelled to bring to make the day great - skates, socks, protection (helmet, wrist guards, and knee/elbow pads if you want), and most of all a nice positive energy.
Important factors to consider are, know how to break (T-stop or have a break pad), navigate around others on the trail and share good vibes.
