We meet at the west side of the circular parking lot and take an 80 minute energizing walk. Some turn back halfway, for a 40 minute walk.

Please show up a bit early as we leave promptly at 9:00 am.

The walk has both paved and gravel trails. We walk about 20 minutes and pause at a bridge -- and some turn back. Weather permitting, some stay for coffee, etc., at a picnic table near the Sit & Stay Cafe (on the east side of the circular parking lot).

Optional: arrive early for unsupervised stretching.

Reminder: no dogs.
