Community acupuncture is a simple, deeply relaxing way to support your health and well-being—especially for stress, chronic tension, pain, fatigue, or feeling run down.
Sessions are gentle, quiet, and accessible, with no need to undress. Whether you’re new to acupuncture or a long-time fan, this is a beautiful opportunity to experience this ancient healing practice in a warm, welcoming community space. Expect a calm, supportive group setting with comfortable zero-gravity chairs, gentle individualized acupuncture, and a quiet space to rest—no need to undress and no prior experience required.

About the Practitioner; Gina Mauro (MAHM, L.Ac.) is a nationally board-certified licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist with over 15 years of experience in the healing arts as a massage therapist, doula, and yoga teacher. A member of Honest Weight Food Co-op since 2010 and an employee from 2015–2019, Gina is excited to return to the Co-op community to share the medicine she loves. She specializes in gentle, effective treatments that support stress relief, pain management, emotional balance, and overall wellness, with a focus on making acupuncture accessible to all.

This offering is Walk-in only!! Appointments begin every 10 minutes and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. When you arrive, you have two options:
Option 1: Sign in, take a seat, get comfortable, recline, rest, and breathe while you wait for your practitioner to come to you.
Option 2: Sign up for a later time slot and return about 5 minutes before your scheduled time so you can settle into your chair before your treatment begins.
Sign-up opens at 9:30am. The first appointment begins at 10:00am, and the final appointment begins at 12:30pm.
