**People’s Health Sanctuary** (**PHS**) is a community-led mutual aid health initiative, based in North-Central Troy. PHS is a space for gathering, sharing food, moving your body, working through grief, cultivating a sense of safety, and embodying a culture of care. PHS Healing Days happen 1-2x/month and offerings include: community acupuncture, massage, herbal remedies and some kind of warm refreshment.

All offerings are donation-based/sliding scale, so pay what you can.
50% of donations go to the Capital Region Sanctuary Coalition.

Albany Community Acupuncture is thrilled to be able to collaborate with PHS on the 11/21 and 12/12 Healing Days so that they can provide acupuncture to even more people.
