How to Stop Overthinking
Thursdays 7 - 8:30 pm with Evelyn Williams
A still mind is a happy, peaceful mind. Yet all day long we are bombarded with distractions, technological stimulation, and screens. As a result, our mind is often jammed with thoughts. This makes it difficult to relax or work through life’s problems. In this course, we will learn quintessential meditations that help us overcome overthinking and over-conceptualizing. Instead of getting stuck “in our heads,” we can move to the peaceful, still space in our heart. As a result, we will be able to approach life with confidence, strength, and wisdom.
$10 per person. No one will be turned away due to a lack of funds.
