Curious what happens when we stop managing impressions and let real relational truth come into view?
In an optional advanced segment following our usual AR Game Night, Zach and Rachel will model a live Noticing practice that stays close to impact, vulnerability, and the places where honesty is often edited out. This inquiry focuses on what’s actually happening—internally and relationally—when attention sharpens and comfort is no longer the primary goal.
We’ll then move into a facilitated Hot Seat as a couple. Participants are invited to ask any question—direct, intimate, or challenging—with the shared intention of studying honesty, consent, and presence as they unfold in real time. This is a chance to observe how truth is spoken, received, and integrated without defensiveness or performance.
This is not therapy, advice, performance, or spectacle. It is a practice in staying present when things feel charged—when vulnerability is real, stakes are felt, and care is still held.
This offering is intentionally spicier than our usual games and may feel activating. Participation is always optional: you’re welcome to observe, step back, or opt out at any point.
Come curious. Come grounded. Come willing to meet the edge.
