Horror Double Feature: Rats!

Join Tim (yours truly), Sarah, and Michael as we bringing you a rat-tastic double feature of horror movies!

We host (somewhat) regular horror movies at the Steamer 10 Theatre in Albany. I’ll be the nicely dressed fellow with a shaved head. Typically about 25 people attend our showings. We’re a welcoming group and invite all to attend. Expect crowd interaction with the movies. :)

The event has no admission, but donations help us pay for the theater and licensing.

7pm - Ben (1972)
When a detective investigates a horrifying murder by a band of rats, he discovers the rats are now an organized army, and he must destroy the murderous rodents before it’s too late. But the rats — led by Ben — take to the challenge with full force and little fear. Oh, and the star of the movie is a pouty child.

9pm - Rats: Nightht of Terror (1984)
A century after nuclear war engulfed the planet, Earth’s survivors now live either in an underground society or as scavengers in the wastes above. When a band of bikers finds an abandoned town on the surface, they think they’ve hit the jackpot, unaware that they’ve stumbled into the den of a pack of flesh-eating rats. Copious carnage and top-notch practical effects are quick to follow in this roaringly entertaining post-apocalypse jam.
