Acroyoga - Family Friendly

This is an awesome class with awesome people.

You'll get the chance to practice being a base, flyer, and spotter. I would say it's easier than you think, and the instructor is great and helpful.

It's family friendly. We sometimes bring our almost 2 year old when we don't have a family member who can watch her.

My partner and I always feel great after this class. It's slightly challanging at times, joyful, and lots of laughter.
