Social Tennis Fridays @ Albert Park are back!
Friendly social doubles from 6pm - 8pm, at Albert Park Tennis and Hockey Centre.
Suitable for Beginners who can consistently rally, and low intermediate players.
Ticket Purchase and Pre-registration no longer required, sign up on day of play at the small hut by the tennis courts.
Game format is best of 8 games, Golden Point at 40-40 (No Advantage/Deuce). A Golden Point Tie break will occur at 4 games all.
Partners will be rotated after each match: Winning Team advances to Next Higher Court (or Top court), Losing Team moves to Lower Court, and then the players will mix before the next game starts. If player numbers are odd, one of the courts will either have a set of 3 players (American doubles), or 5 players (One of the 5 players will rotate off after each game)
Please note this event is informally run by the community, the organiser does not take any liability for the event.
Tickets are non refundable. However, a credit for the subsequent week will be issued in the event that Albert Park Tennis Centre declares a wash out and refunds the organiser.
