Join us to discuss the Grease soundtrack. The musical debuted in 1972 but the movie, released in 1978, was a blockbuster. The soundtrack is one of the top 10 best-selling albums of all time with over 40 million copies sold. It generated two #1 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 with Frankie Valli's title cut and Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta's "You're the One That I Want." "Summer Nights" and "Hopelessly Devoted to You" were also top 5 hits. The soundtrack ranks #89 in the Dave's Music Database book The Top 100 Albums of the 20th Century.
