Join The Freudian Slips Experience at the historic Painted Lady Bed & Brew for Spring Awakening, a laid back variety show pairing local entertainers with local brews and the Brunch Bunch Truck!

The Freudian Slips Experience brings highly curated, custom burlesque and variety experiences to the greater Albuquerque area. Producers Juni Burre Amie, Mimi Mimosa, Violette Femme and Rita Smut have been active in the regional and national burlesque community since 2015. Together, their combined skill sets boast event planning, sales, arts administration, creative design, culinary arts, and project management. Although this is their first collective venture, Burre Amie, Mimosa, Femme and Smut are no strangers to the stage or to creative production. Capitalizing on the producers' collective expertise, Freudian Slips shows are built exclusively for each venue, celebrating the uniqueness and spirit of the spaces they inhabit.

About Painted Lady:
Not your Grandma's B&B, the story of the Painted Lady Bed & Brew is one that is shrouded in mystery. Originally constructed in 1881, the property has quite the colorful past. Many a knife fight and shootout are just some of the echoes of its sordid past. New Mexico’s most famous sons, Billy the Kid and Pat Garrett, are purported to have once been patrons of this former saloon and brothel. Tales of buried money, hidden rooms, and restless spirits await.
