What we’re about
Hi there softball players!
We’re looking for players to join our co-ed softball team! We’ll be having weekend fielding and running practices and monthly batting cage sessions to keep our skills sharp until the season starts.
Requirements:
-Fun, easygoing personality
-Strong fielding ability, great at defense, strong arm
-Good baserunning skills
-Knowledge of softball rules
-Team player who treats their teammates with respect
-Reliable, must be able to show up regularly to practices and games
-Must have all of your own equipment (bats, turfs, glove, batting gloves, etc)
-Graceful winner and loser, not overly competitive, strong sportsmanship
Preferences:
-At least 4 years of competitive experience (Former 5A Varsity starters and above preferred, but 4 years of any competitive experience is good)
-Fast running speed (Players who can run 80ft under 7 seconds preferred, but we can help you get faster)
-Have at least average hitting ability
-In shape with good stamina and strength (If you’re out of shape, there’s time to train and practice before the season)
-BE A SOCIAL PERSON - we will be having post-game outings and social events throughout the season 😊
All games are once a week and are played through USSSA.
