The fall equinox has been seen by many as a time to slow for reflection, balance, and release. This sound bath provides an opportunity to be nourished and receive the rest needed for our journey as spiritual beings in a human experience.
We will begin with a short guided meditation followed by a variety of instruments such as drums, chimes, rattles, and crystal singing instruments.

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle into place. We will begin at 11:35 am. Feel free to bring your own comfort items such as essential oils, yoga mats, pillows, or a blanket. Balanced Life Yoga has some of these items as well. I have two reclining floor chairs available for those needing extra support.
