Star gazer Sound bath

Do you enjoy star gazing? How about relaxing to a meditative sound bath?

Good news- we're going to do both! Come marvel at your favorite constellation with our Dark Skys planetarium.

Tara O will play a variety of crystal singing instruments and natural elements such as the ocean drum. These tones calibrate your nervous system to a state of rest and restoration. From this state, we can embody our best selves.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled into your place. The doors will lock at promptly at 6:05 pm and the sound bath will begin. You're welcome to bring personal comfort items such as a cot, yoga mat, blankets, pillow, eye masks, etc. See you there.
