Sound bath with Tara O

Come reset your body, mind, and Spirit with a sound bath journey.
We will begin with a short guided meditation followed by a variety of instruments such as drums, chimes, rattles, and crystal singing instruments.

The vibrations of sound can encourage balance in our body and peace of mind. Sound baths are also opportunities to witness our thoughts and feelings, increasing consciousness and connection to self.

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle into place. We will begin at 5:05 pm. Feel free to bring your own comfort items such as essential oils, crystals, yoga mat, pillow, or blanket. Blue feather also has some available as well.
