Sound Bath with Tara O

**New Instrument Alert! Get in on some Koshi chime magic**

Come reset your body, mind, and Spirit with a sound bath journey.

We will begin with a short guided meditation followed by a variety of instruments such as drums, chimes, rattles, and crystal singing instruments.

The vibrations of sound encourage balance in our body and mind. Sound baths are opportunities to witness our thoughts and feelings without being consumed by them.

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle into place. We will begin at 11:35 am. Feel free to bring your own comfort items such as essential oils, yoga mats, pillows, or a blanket. Balanced Life Yoga has some of these items as well. I have two reclining floor chairs available for those needing extra support.
