In these times of transformation, it is crucial to explore how we can leave behind what no longer serves us. By doing so, both individually and collectively, we can embrace our wholeness in a world that is constantly changing. This exploration will be guided through the lens of family constellations, a powerful method for understanding and healing systemic issues.
Embracing Change Through Family Constellations

Family constellations encourage us to look at our familial and ancestral patterns that may be holding us back. Through this lens, we can gain insights into the dynamics that influence our lives and make conscious choices to move beyond them.

This perspective invites us to welcome all experiences, even those that seem negative, as opportunities for growth and learning. Each challenge we face can be seen as a guide, teaching us and preparing us for what lies ahead.

Facilitator ChrisTina Maestas-Simek will lead a series of explorations. ChrisTina is a Native New Mexican, Constellation Facilitator, Death Doula, and Life Cycle Celebrant, bringing a rich tapestry of experience to this journey.
