Hello Friends! I'm excited to announce that I'll be hosting my seventh annual spiritual retreat in Sedona. On this six-day camping retreat, I will take you on a journey into the heart of Sedona's most powerful energy vortexes. You will get to experience the beautiful scenery and landscape of the Coconino wilderness, but more than that, you'll form a deep relationship with Mother Earth, the Elements, and the Spirit of this sacred land.

Each day of our retreat, we will begin in sacred circle with intention setting, a card pull, and a heart-opening cacao beverage. We will then embark on a sacred hike into the wilderness to explore and experience the energy of Sedona's most powerful vortexes. On our hikes in the vortex, we will take time to do shamanic ceremonies, healing work, and meditations. Afterwards, you will also receive a journal prompt to honor your experiences. After our morning hike and ceremonies, we will take a two- to three-hour break for lunch, journaling, and personal time. The group will meet up in the afternoon for swimming, sunbathing, and other leisure activities, as well as talking circles, ceremonies, and healing work. In the evenings, we'll be watching sunsets, sitting by the fire, and star-gazing.

Some of the ceremonies we will be doing are daily cacao ceremonies, plant medicine ceremonies, shamanic egg cleansing ritual, soul retrieval, shamanic breath work, recapitulation, earth healing, sound healing, spiritual activation to the Elementals and Spirits of the land, and more. We will be diving deep into healing our trauma, dysfunctional ancestral and emotional patterns, and programming. Daily activities include hikes into the vortexes, yoga, swimming, quiet time, some group meals, and time in community. We will be camping at a spiritual retreat in the heart of Sedona's Red Rock Country. The campground has private access to Oak Creek, bathrooms, and showers. Campsites are equipped with fire pits and charcoal grills. I'm asking for a $600 energy exchange for this life-changing experience. This includes the cost of the campsite for all six days, guided hikes into the vortexes, all ceremonies, healing work, and activities.

Please note that participants are responsible for all travel expenses to and from the retreat. Participants are responsible for their own tents and all camping equipment needed for your stay. Participants are responsible for bringing food and beverages for meals and snacks. The campsite has drinking water. Grocery stores and restaurants are only 10 minutes away. Participants must be in good physical health and free of any injuries for this retreat since we are doing hikes and physical activities. Message me to RSVP and if you have any questions. Blessings!
