What we’re about

Welcome to the Albuquerque Mutual Improvement group! This is for people looking for motivation and community.

My idea for this group is as follows:

  1. Regular body doubling/coworking sessions - I'll start with once a month irl and see how that goes from there. We'll gather with whatever projects we're currently working on and give ourselves a set hour to focus on them together, socializing before and after.
  2. A monthly book club in which we discuss new and old strategies for self improvement, reading a variety of books on focus, goal settings, health, etc
  3. Goal setting and support activities - maybe we'll learn about interesting activities from our books or maybe we just want to gather to chat about our goals. The important thing will be human connection and encouragement as we reflect on our achievements and our future goals.
