Week 3 - Art Nature Mindfulness

This will be our 3rd meeting during which we will continue to explore and expand on themes that have been arising for you. Again, we will drop into a state of presence and provide a gentle creative activity to engage with the environment in a deeper way. Then we will discuss the experience and share in the wealth of wisdom and perspective that each individual voice brings to the group.
