I'm reading this for another book group and thought it would be a interesting to see what different book clubs have to say.

Demian is a 1919 novel by Hermann Hesse about a young man's journey of self-discovery, narrated by Emil Sinclair, who is guided by the mysterious and charismatic Max Demian to break from conventional morality and find his own path.
