Join me under the trees for a a grounding yoga practice ☀️

We will move through a gentle practice to reconnect to body and spend time in nature 🫶🏼🍃

We will share some freshly brewed herbal tea to get connected at the start of class 🍵

The amazing @tumbleweed_bakerycafe will be at the park selling some amazing lunch/ drinks after practice☀️
