August Yoga in the Park

Back at it again for First Sunday Yoga 🌲

Let’s meet under the trees to enjoy what we have left of summer 🌞

We will move through gentle yoga postures to invite more body awareness and spend some time in nature 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️ 🍃

We will share some freshly brewed herbal tea to get connected at the start of class 🍵

The amazing @tumbleweed_bakerycafe will be at the park selling some amazing lunch/ drinks after practice☀️
