Addressing effective web design is easy while anticipating the human emotion is not always as clean cut. How do we even out the technical and rational approach of web design and development with the very human elements of emotion? Are you portraying the real authenticity of your company, your clients, or yourselves? In this talk, Lori is going to cover the bases of connecting with your site visitors to facilitate engagement, be memorable, make sense, adhere to consistency in personality, all the while paying attention to the critical factors such as your conversion funnel and facilitating a functional product.

Lori is the owner of Design5sixty4, is a design and brand strategist living in Colorado Springs, CO. She is a Navy Veteran, small business owner, professional UI/UX designer, strategist, photography enthusiast and President Emeritus of AIGA New Mexico. Still, with AIGA, Lori currently supports chapters across the nation on the Chapter Advisory Council.
