Q&A Session for mental & emotional well-being

Hello everyone,
As coach and consultant for personal and professional growth, Im happy to host our first event on Mental & Emotional Well-being with you on Sunday, 23.03.2025!

Since the weather will be warmer, Im glad to share this offline event in Tiergarten with you. :-)

In this event its all about Mental & emotional Well-Being.
I will be guiding you through this session with meaningful questions for you to reflect and practice and if you wish also some advises for your questions that you bring to the session.

Depending on the group size, you are going to be able to talk to other attendees for exchange.

Time: 2 - 5 PM

Programm: Share your story, learn and get inspired from the stories of others and bring your questions regarding your physical, mental and emotional health and well-being and get answers from a professional coach in order to thrive.
Ticket: This event is free for you but a donation is welcomed for my professional work and the organisation. Feel free to give what ever you find suitable and/or you are able to give.

Please come on time to maintain a good frequency of our meeting. Any arrival later then 15 minutes is disturbant.
