Join me for my first Dance Alchemy call where we will somatically release blocks within our chakras and get them open and flowing through the beauty and fun of dance!

We will set brief intentions before we get into the movements and discuss anything that came up after. I will be encouraging any and all feedback even days and weeks after the event so I can continue to refine the process and really understand what the experience is like for each person.

So excited to share my passion of dance with you - especially knowing the power of embodiment and how it is the key component to lasting change in our lives. Part of balancing our divine masculine and feminine energies is through embodiment and releasing stagnant energy so come get into your body with us!

I participate at my own risk and release the event organizers, facilitators, hosts, and venue from any liability related to my participation.
