Calling all single, alcohol-free LGBTQ folks! Good News bar is hosting a "Pitch-a-Friend" event! This is a clever idea where you bring a single friend and "pitch" them to the crowd with a 3-5 minute presentation!
This can be a bit intimidating if you're shy, so you don't have to participate in that part. But there will be a lot of singles in one spot and you can mix and mingle after. This one is geared toward LGBTQ+ folks, so keep that in mind if that will be an issue for you. But it's a good space to meet new friends too, so you never know!
The event is free but you do need to sign up on the Pitch a Friend website if you want to pitch or be pitched. But feel free to just show up if you only want to mingle.
Good News is San Diego's best alcohol-free bar! The place has a cool vibe, comfy seating, is spacious and the drinks are tasty!
I will get there early and grab a booth, but we may not all get to sit together if it gets crowded.
