Rooms sell out. Hotel can be booked now. I've stayed in the hotel and off-site. There are good and bad things about both methods. Definitely more "hallway track" if you stay in the hotel.

SELF registration will come later with different support levels. Historically, this is a low-cost even for individuals (~$50). If your work is paying, it is more and there are ways to have lunch included if they are paying.
