Ales & Assets Meet-Up: Real Estate Investing

Active and aspiring real estate investors! You're invited to our next Ales & Assets meetup on Sunday, February 18th from 1:00pm - 4:00pm at New English Brewing. Our meetup is typically held on the third Sunday of every month.

This month's guest speaker will be local investor, Steve Anderson, who'll be speaking on partnership in real estate investing, building your business, and flipping in San Diego. Steve has 20 years of sales and marketing experience backed by a decade of entrepreneurial company growth and leadership experience. Steve has been running a real estate investment firm alongside his partners for the past 4 years, where they've been involved in 250+ residential and multi-family projects, have a quaint development sector within the company, and a growing rental portfolio. He also leads a community real estate network for San Diego and Los Angeles investors called SoCal JV.

Our guest speakers drop their knowledge for about 30 minutes, then hang around to answer other questions. The rest of the time is spent chatting with each other.

Our meetup is open to anyone interested in real estate investing, whether you own 100 doors, just bought your first property, or are wanting to get started; we're a welcoming bunch with a variety of experience levels (who also enjoy a good craft beer!). Our meetups are very casual and are a great opportunity to network, learn, ask questions, and meet others involved in REI. We'll have Ales & Assets signs so you know where to find us when you arrive.
