I have been investing in the Pittsburgh real estate market for nearly 30 years now. We have done over 30 of these events over the past 7 years. I will share with you how to become strict with your time and money. Its very easy to get caught up with being busy, chasing every new shiny object but never getting anywhere. Learn from my thousands of transactions, my many mistakes and many successes. I am going to show you where and how I find 24-36 deals a year. We will go into detail the proper way to assess a deal quickly. Its so important to evaluate the investment quickly and efficiently so you are not wasting any time which is our most valuable resource. Its critical to spend your time wisely and visit as few properties as possible and do a majority of your research online. We will look at real life scenarios and analyze properties together. We will also have guest speakers covering lending, taxes and legal topics. One of our speakers will be Matthew Stevans CPA. He will discuss some of the upcoming changes in our tax law that will affect the real estate investor which may help you re think your business strategy. Our speakers are all a part of the team that you will need to assemble and have at your disposal before making any important business decisions.
