Pittsburgh Real Estate Investing workshops

Picking up where we left off pre Covid 19. We have over 1000 Meetup members in our two groups. “The Alex Deacon Real Estate Workshops” and “The Pittsburgh Landlord Group”. We were doing 4-6 events a year.
Over the past 2 years we have been asked by a multitude of members to please continue the events. We feel now the time is right. We are going to start with this first one on March 29th 2023.
Our vision is help the investor navigate through all the information that’s available to them online and serve it in a simple step by step manner that they can immediately apply. We focus on practical knowledge that can help you reach financial freedom with the path of least resistance. Whether you plan to buy one property a year or 10, these fundamentals will never change and will help you reach your financial goals quicker with less risk and stress then trying to learn it all on your own.
Alex Deacon has over 30 years’ experience in real estate sales with over 2000 Transactions. He has over 20 years’ experience as a property management company owner. He started investing in Pittsburgh real estate in 1993, has been involved with hundreds of flips and owns an extensive rental portfolio.
Ian Hoover has been licensed since 2011, bought his first investment property in 2007 at the age of 19. He owns a rental portfolio and flips properties, along with managing Deacon Hoover Real Estate with over 50 agents.
Each workshop we will have a knowledgeable guest speaker that will cover one specific topic.
At the end of each workshop you can network with the fellow attendees. You can grow your own network of buyers, sellers, and potential partners. We will also have a 20-to-30-minute informal Q and A session towards the end of the workshop.

Evaluating the numbers, contracting costs, holding costs, refinance costs etc..
How to do this over and over again and each time getting more proficient and more profitable.
