Alexandria Over 40 Fun & Fabulous is planning a spring adventure and you’re invited to be part of it.

To celebratete my 1-year health and weight-loss anniversay, I signed up to WALK the Half Marathon at the Luau Race Weekend in Williamsburg, VA at the end of May.

A little clarity about my style so expectations are set beautifully
During the actual walk, I walk solo.

I listen to meditation music, stay inward, and move at my own peaceful pace.

I’m not a competitor.
I’m a completer.

That said… this is still a FAF experience.

You do not have to do the half marathon.

There are options for a 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon, and you choose what feels fun and supportive for your body.

🌴 THE VIBE
This is a luau themed race, which means…
-Costumes encouraged
-Playful outfits welcome
-Tropical energy approved

We’ll choose a FUN FAF dress up theme so we look festive together even if we’re walking our own paths.

🌺 THE PLAN
We will meet before the race to connect, laugh, and take photos

Each walk or run in our own way and at our own pace

Reconnect after to celebrate, eat, and share stories

This is about showing up, moving your body, and finishing feeling proud.
