Books, Occult Literature and Getting Started

The Southern Temple of Mother Isis presents a 2-hour Books & Occult Literature discussion at Temperance Society Bar in Summer Hill.

Books tell a story, and witchcraft books tell a magical tale, for they are maps that lead us on a journey of discovery.

Hidden within these texts, we find the ‘gemstones’ that will later be refined in our magical temples. But nowadays, there are so many books, that we almost get lost in our search.

Our discussion this night will be a detailed book review on those tomes which may be less known to newcomers, but which were pivotal in guiding me in my apprentice
years.
Also to be discussed will be recommendations and guidance for taking first steps in current magical and witchcraft practice.

This, as well as other workshops, are brought to you by initiates of the Alexandrian tradition; and in honor of our tradition and our Gods, we offer these at very low or NIL donation to members of the public, to demonstrate that the art of magic (and witchcraft) are sacred gifts from the gods- and are freely given to true seekers with love and integrity- these teachings are never denigrated as a sale item in the Alexandrian (and Gardnerian) lineaged initiatory traditions.
