Hi Everybody!
In need of shedding a few pounds? Need to tone up?
Trying to stay healthy? Trying to fulfill your New Year's resolution to stay fit?
Well, I'm trying to do all of those things myself. So, that's why last year I created the Jaycee Run/Walk Club.
We meet at the Pacers Run Store at 1301 King Street in Old Town Alexandria at
7:00 pm on Tuesdays (and sometimes on Thursdays too!)
On Tuesdays (& Thursdays) Pacers store hosts a fun run where you can run/jog/walk at your own pace!
No need to worry that you don't run fast or don't run often enough to participate in this.
There are ALL ages, groups and speeds of runners and walkers that meet.
If you need a little motivation and exercise in your life, this is the project for you!
Meet me there at 7:00 pm on Tuesday!

In cold weather, I'll be bundled up in sweaters, etc, but normally I do wear my Alexandria Jaycee tanktop.
