3 hour walk from Cabanas Velhas just west of Burgau on coastal road to Salema. Boca do Rio flood plain, including Coffee stop in Salema. Return over a ridge on a loop.
Meet at gravel car park at beach, next to restaurant AS CABANAS .Google restaurant.
You need to be reasonably fit to walk ( not stroll) for 3 hours, and have sensible footwear. As this is a voluntary association, you participate entirely at your own risk.
