Mostly level walk of about 2.5 hours with coffee stop at the harbour .Total 3 hours. We follow the waterways to the harbour, usually seeing bird life including flamingos.
Meet at Figueira on N125 between Odiaxere and Penina Golf. From Lagos, at traffic circle turn back on yourself,and 50m turn first right. Parking immediately on you left. R Calcada da Fonte. From Penina go through circle at Figueira and first right - as above
Plenty of parking at sports centre .

You need to be reasonably fit to walk (not stroll) ,and have sensible walking footwear. You should also carry water.
