Access from Bensafrim at western end of motorway, or via Espiche, or from Lagos direct. Meet behind the church /cemetery - plenty of gravel parking , in Barao de Sao João. About 20 minutes from Lagos.

Bar and restaurant at walks end.
You need to be reasonably fit to walk (not stroll) and have sensible footwear. Bring water. Any doubts, please ask
