First Run!

First scheduled run! My endurance is trash right now not going to lie! But I did run track and cross-country in high school, and was running 3-5 miles a day for years until life stuff got in the way. So I figured we could start with 1 mile increments with a break, and try to complete 2-3 miles for the day. All fitness levels welcome! Let’s build our endurance together :)
