### Do You Need to Create Time for Reflection? ✍️✨
Sometimes our daily life gets so busy that we forget to pause, reflect, and decide on a direction ➡️
Without that space, it can feel like we’re driving through life on autopilot — until we suddenly wonder, “How did I end up here?”
Writing therapy is a powerful tool for creating that space. It helps us slow down, tune in, and work through whatever is going on in our inner world.
Research shows that just 15 minutes a day of writing can have a positive impact on your inner wellbeing and improve your overall health.
🖋️ During this gathering, I’ll provide optional writing therapy questions to guide your reflection.
But this won’t be a structured workshop — simply a quiet, shared time of writing, each person in their own process, but in the supportive presence of others, writing side by side.
❤️ This is your time — to reflect, recharge, and realign. It’s a chance to explore your thoughts and feelings, set intentions, or simply pause.
You don’t need to share anything you write, and you can write about whatever feels right for you.
☕ We’ll meet at the cozy Mish Mish tea lounge, grab our drinks/snacks, and settle in.
⏳ When we’re ready, I’ll set a timer for one hour of silent writing and reflection.

OPTIONAL:
After our quiet writing time, those who wish are welcome to gather on the big couch for a relaxed sharing circle. We’ll take a few moments to reflect together — about how the writing felt, any insights that came up, or simply what it was like to slow down and write in this shared space.
This part is completely optional, inspired by one of our lovely participants. You’re equally welcome to head off right after the writing session if that feels best for you 🫶
