### 🌊 **Pilates & Brunch a bordo** 🧘‍♀️

Disfrutamos de una clase de **Pilates sobre la cubierta de un velero**, rodeada del mar y la brisa.
Después, compartiremos un **brunch saludable** preparado con mimo: fruta fresca, yogurt, granola, café y zumo natural.

**Día:** Sábado (horario a convenir entre las 10am y las 2pm)
Vive una experiencia única de bienestar en el puerto.

📍 **Dónde:** En el puerto de Alicante
⏰ **Duración:** 45 minutos de pilates + Brunch relajado
👥 4 personas máximo
**Nivel:** principiantes y medio
**Traer:** Agua y mat

En esta clase trabajaremos los glúteos, las piernas y abdominales combinando ejercicios de pilates. La clase tendrá una duración de una 45minutos y al terminar disfrutaremos de un brunch Saludable casero perfecto para nutrir el cuerpo después de un ejercicio intenso.

** El barco se encuentra amarrado en el puerto, no saldremos a navegar por lo que el barco estará quieto y estable 😌

**¡Seremos un grupito súper íntimo! (máximo 4 personas) Así estaremos todas cómodas, en un ambiente privado para poder conocernos mejor.**

🌊 Pilates & Brunch on board 🧘‍♀️

We will enjoy a Pilates class on the deck of a sailing boat, surrounded by the sea and the breeze.

Afterwards, we will share a healthy brunch prepared with care: fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola, coffee and fresh juice.

Day: Saturday (time to be agreed between 10am and 2pm)

Enjoy a unique wellness experience in the harbour.

📍 Where: In the port of Alicante

⏰ Duration: 45 minutes of Pilates + relaxed brunch

👥 4 people maximum

Level: beginners and intermediate

In this class, we will work on the glutes, legs and abdominals, combining Pilates exercises. The class will last 45 minutes and afterwards we will enjoy a healthy homemade brunch, perfect for nourishing the body after intense exercise.

Don't forget to bring water and your Pilates mat!

We will be a super intimate group! (maximum 4 people) This way, we will all be comfortable in a private setting where we can get to know each other better.

** The sailboat will be moored in the harbour, so it will be stable. We won't be going out to sea, so you won’t feel seasick or anything 😊
