What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice also known as “yogic sleep.” It helps you reach deep relaxation while staying conscious — releasing stress, calming the mind, and restoring energy on all levels: physical, mental, and emotional.

🕖 Time: Thursdays at 7 PM
💶 Price: €13 total
- €3 booking fee (paid in advance to reserve your spot)
- €10 paid after class

Benirrama is located between Alicante and Valencia — both airports are about 1.5 hours away.
🚗 You can arrive by car, or take a bus to Pego / Denia and arrange a short taxi or shared transfer from there. Or contact me to help you arrange transportation for an extra fee.
